Refund policy

Initiating a Return

To start your return, please use our Return Contact Form available on our website. Provide your order number and detail the reason for the return.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned in brand new, unopened condition within 30 days from receipt. Returns must include all original packaging. Opened products may incur a $5 repacking fee. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be posted.

For exchanges, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact our support team for assistance.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately to address the issue.

Custom Items

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Delays in production for custom items do not qualify for refunds.
